Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a burglary where numerous pieces of jewellery were taken from a house in Granshagh Road, Enniskillen yesterday (Sunday, August 18.)

Speaking on behalf of the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), Detective Constable McKenna said: "It was reported that sometime between 2pm and 4pm entry was gained to the premises and a jewellery box stolen which included numerous pieces of jewellery, two gold watches and an old army watch."

He continued: "We are particularly interested in speaking with the owner of a vehicle parked outside the Community Hall and any persons out walking/running in the area between these times to eliminate them from enquiries."

Members of the public with any information are advised to contact detectives in Enniskillen on 101 quoting reference 1198 18/08/19.
