Enniskillen Castle was the location for the official launch of Sinn Féin’s campaign launch for December’s General Election.
Sitting MP and candidate Michelle Gildernew said she was “honoured and proud” to once again have been selected to run again.
“While Westminster has been in chaos, negotiating with itself, mired in endless meaningless votes, torn apart and paralysed by its own divisions, Sinn Fein have been working where it counts.
“And we have delivered. Working together with our colleagues in Dublin, in Belfast and particularly with our team in Brussels, we have made sure your voice has been heard and listened to where it matters.”
Mrs. Gildernew, who has held the seat since 2017 continued said since the Brexit vote Sinn Féin has worked tirelessly and daily to stand up for the interests of the people of Ireland against Brexit.
“In this constituency, I am the only pro-remain candidate who can win and by voting for me and a strong Sinn Féin team you’re voting to put your own best interests first,” she said, in a statement to this newspaper.
