Rehearsals are well underway for Jones Memorial Primary School’s version of the musical spectacular ‘Joseph!’
With less than a week to go before the opening performance, the young cast featuring Reception to Primary seven pupils have been busy practising their singing, dancing and acting skills under the direction of their enthusiastic teachers.
Audience members are to keep an ear out for pithy one liners and excellent vocal solo singing.
The cats are worth watching, the Egyptian Dancers are walking like Egyptians and ‘The King’ Pharoah has not left the building.
A replica of the costume worn in the original West End production, Joseph’s striking technicolour dreamcoat will provide a stunning visual.
The vibrant production is sure to bring plenty of smiles when it takes to the stage on Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 11 at 7pm.
Tickets for the show are available from the school.
