Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is getting into the season of goodwill themselves with the free rental of Santa suits for community groups in the District.
The popular service comes with one important caveat however, you have to provide your own beard for hygiene reasons.
The Council revealed that the initiative saw the rental of a Santa Suit by over 30 community groups in 2018 and it is expected that this number will increase in 2019.
Three suits are available across the district with schools and other clubs also availing of an outfit to dress their Santa.
A Council spokesman said: “It is the responsibility of each Group to collect and return the suit to the Council offices the next working day after use. In the interests of hygiene, the Council does not supply beards for use with the suits. These can be purchased locally at very little cost.”
To book a suit, community groups, schools and other clubs are asked to contact the Community Services Department on 0300 303 1777. All requests for Santa suits are subject to availability.
