Mount Lourdes Grammar School hosted their annual Christmas Carol Service at St. Michael’s Church, Enniskillen last Tuesday afternoon (December 17). Arranged by Deirdre Kennedy and Lisa Clarke of the school’s music department, the carol service drew large crowds, filling the church to capacity. Canon McQuaid led the service and Principal Sinead Cullen welcomed all in attendance. Carols were sang by the school’s junior and senior choirs, and a selection of soloists also performed pieces. Other musical performances included the school’s brass ensemble and a solo harpist. During the service, hampers were presented to St. Vincent de Paul. The successful event brought Christmas cheer to all present.
