A 41-year-old woman has been charged with the ill treatment of a mental patient at a care home in Enniskillen.
Sarah Margaret Johnston, with an address of Kilsmullen Road, Lack faces the charges relating to an incident with a female patient which took place on May 30, 2017 in Ashbrooke Care Home, Enniskillen.
The court heard from Johnston’s barrister, Ciaran Roddy, during the short hearing there were a “voluminous” amount of documents relating to the case and a number of issues that were being examined before a plea is entered.
Mr. Roddy said that if the case were to trouble the court it would be on the basis of a “legal argument”.
The case was adjourned until January 20.
