The PSNI in Fermanagh are appealing for witnesses or those involved in an RTC on the Belfast Road on Thursday to contact them.

In what was a potentially serious incident near the Maguiresbridge turn off, a lorry shed part of its load causing damage to another car on the road. The lorry driver did not stop and the PSNI are looking to speak to the lorry driver or any witnesses to the incident which took place around 5.15pm.

A police spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Police are appealing for any witnesses or those involved in a RTC on the Belfast Road around the Maguiresbridge turn off around 1715 hours.

"A dark lorry has shed part of its load hitting a Seat Leon causing damage. It is possible that the lorry driver wasn’t aware of this until the end of their journey.

"If you have any details regarding this please contact Police on 101 with the reference 1596 06/02/20," the spokesperson concluded.
