Warrant issued for 50 year old Fermanagh man
An warrant was issued for a 50-year-old man who did not appear at Fermanagh Magistrates Court on Monday.
Derek Gault, with an address of Sligo Road, Enniskillen was due to face one charge of indecent behaviour in relation to an incident on the Sligo Road on January 21, 2020.
In his absence, a police officer under oath told the court she could connect Gault to the charge.
Gault's representative could not tell the court why his client was not present.
A Public Prosecution Representative asked for a warrant to be issued for the 53 year old as he was known to the court.
District Judge Paul Copeland issued a warrant for Gault's arrest.
