A derelict house near Tempo was extensively damaged in an "accidental" fire last week, the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service has said.

Firefighters from Enniskillen Fire Station spent more than two hours extinguishing the blaze at the property on Pubble Road.

A spokesman for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said: "They wore breathing apparatuses and used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire. The incident was dealt with by 8.09pm.

"The cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental ignition," he told this newspaper.
