The Department of Health has reported one further death related to Covid-19, bringing the total number to 547 in Northern Ireland.

There were also two positive tests from 853 carried out in the last 24 hour reporting period, bringing the total number of positive tests to 4,873.

The statistics show that Fermanagh and Omagh is still the least affected area with 10 deaths confirmed, however the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) reported there were 16 deaths in the district up until June 12.

The area is also the lowest for positive tests with 86 out of 3,445 tests. There have been no postive tests in the area in almost three weeks, since June 4. 

The latest statistics from the Department of Health are mainly from hospital fatalities where a person has tested positive.

NISRA data shows death toll reached 802 by June 12 and this includes care homes/ in the community/hospice and hospitals.
