A 32 year old man was arrested following a report of an incident at the Forthill Street area of Enniskillen on Saturday, July 11.
Sergeant Laird said: “Shortly after midnight, it was reported that a male entered a take-away in the area. It is believed that he kicked a glass counter causing it to smash. An altercation then continued in the area and involved a number of males.
“The male was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault and criminal damage. He has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
