Two burglary charges relating to the same supermarket premises over a two hour period, have been connected to a Kesh man in his absence as he was not required to attend court.
Brian John Nathan Cassidy (40) from Erne Park is alleged to have entered the shop as a trespasser on May 31 and June 1, stealing cigarettes and tobacco in each instance.
A defence lawyer appearing by video-link at Enniskillen Magistrates Court sitting in Dungannon, requested some time to consult with her client.
District Judge Eamon King remanded Cassidy on continuing bail and listed the case for mention on 3 August.
