One patient was taken to hospital following a two vehicle crash involving a car and an ambulance on Monday morning (August 10).
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) received a 999 call at 8.04am on Monday following reports of a road traffic collision involving an ambulance and a car at Cornagrade Road, Enniskillen.
A NIAS spokesman stated: "NIAS despatched one Emergency crew and one Officer to the scene."
"Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, one patient was taken to the South West Acute Hospital by ambulance," the NIAS spokesman concluded.
Police were also in attendance. A spokesman for the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) stated: "Police in Enniskillen received a report of a two vehicle traffic collision in the Cornagrade Road area of Enniskillen this morning (Monday, August 10)."
At the time of the incident, road users were advised to expect delays and use an alternative route until the road was cleared.
