A woman was rescued from the Cuilcagh Mountain Boardwalk yesterday (Sunday) after sustaining injuries at the popular walkway in Fermanagh.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) confirmed that the woman had sustained lower back and leg injuries.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene at 1:59pm and dispatched one appliance from Enniskillen Fire Station and the Specialist Rescue Team attended the incident.
The woman was removed from Cuilcagh Moutain by the North West Mountain Rescue Team and she was brought to the South West Acute Hospital. The NIFRS confirmed that the incident was dealt with by 4:48pm.
