A number of Fermanagh natives have been recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours alongside a former rector of a Fermanagh church.

Roland Eadie from Lisbellaw has been awarded an OBE by Her Majesty for services to the community in Fermanagh. Mr. Eadie Recently retired as the Vice-Lord Lieutenant for County Fermanagh.

Businessman Peter Little from Enniskillen has been awarded an MBE for his for services to the community in Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. He is currently chair of the Enniskillen Royal Grammar School Board of Governors.

The former rector of Magheracross Parish Church in Ballinamallard Canon Paul Hoey has been awarded an MBE. Canon Hoey is now a rector in St. Canice's Parish Church, Eglinton and has been awarded for services to the community in Eglinton, Londonderry during Covid-19.

Elizabeth (Lizzie) Keys from Irvinestown has been awarded a BEM by Her Majesty for services to Road Safety in Northern Ireland.

Leone Burns from Enniskillen has been awarded an MBE for services to health and social care during Covid-19.

Caroline Lee, Head, Clinical Education Centre for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professions who is originally from Kinawley, has been awarded an MBE for services to healthcare during the Covid-19 response.
