The Department of Health are reporting a further four positive cases of Covid-19 in Fermanagh and Omagh in the last 24 hours.

The daily update shows that those four were part of 124 positive cases across Northern Ireland.

Locally the total number of positive cases is 5,846 while Northern Ireland's total is 119,235.

There was one further death recorded in Northern Ireland bringing the death toll to 2,136. In Fermanagh and Omagh the death toll remains unchanged at 85.

The seven-day rate per 100,000 people in the district stands at 25.7 compared to 30 from April 6-12.

Positive cases in the last week were 30. Out of those, 12 were aged 19 and under; eight were between the ages of 20 and 39; eight were between 40 and 59; one were aged between 60 and 79 and one was aged over 80.

From April 5-11 postal districts in Fermanagh recorded six new cases. The BT93 area recorded zero new cases; BT74 three; BT94 one, and BT92 two.

In South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), according to the daily update, there are nine Covid-19 inpatients. There is currently one Covid-19 patient in ICU at the hospital.

SWAH is currently 6.45 per cent above its bed capacity according to Tuesday's update.

As of April 20, there were two confirmed Covid-19 outbreaks in care homes across NI, a decrease in three. All outbreaks are currently asymptomatic.
