A 29-YEAR-OLD man charged with a number of driving offences has entered guilty pleas at Enniskillen Magistrates Court.
Jason McQuillan, with an address of Clones Road, Magheraveely, Newtownbutler, was charged with driving when unfit through drink/drugs, driving without due care and attention, having a defective tyre, and possession of a Class-B drug, namely cannabis.
McQuillan entered the guilty pleas to these charges, which relate to an incident which took place within the vicinity of Main Street, Lisnaskea, on March 10, 2019.
He was also facing a charge of being in charge when unfit through drink or drugs, which was withdrawn.
A pre-sentence report was ordered for McQuillan, and the case is due to be heard again at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on June 1.
