House prices in Fermanagh and Omagh increased by almost 9 per cent in the second quarter of 2021.
The data released in the House Price Index Report by Land & Property Services, assisted by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) on Wednesday, August 18, showed an annual increase of 8.8 per cent, bringing the standardised price in the Council area to £139,626.
The quarterly change also increased by 2.7 per cent.
The house price in the Council area is below the average for a house in Northern Ireland (£153,449).
The biggest annual increase was in the Causeway Coast and Glens (16.9 per cent) where the standardised house price is £171,442.
The lowest was in Derry City and Strabane which had a 6 per cent annual change, where the standardised price of £135,176.
The standardised house price in Fermanagh and Omagh is the third-lowest in Northern Ireland, behind the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Council area (£134,091) and the Derry City and Strabane Council area.
