THE new Primary One pupils at St. Naile’s Primary School, Kinawley, were given an introduction to multiplication on their first day at school this week.
After all, a set of triplets, Tomas, Catriona and Sean Maguire, and Clodagh and Ciara O’Reilly, practically make up a fifth of the new class.
Monday morning was an exciting occasion all around for the 16 new P1 pupils, who were extended a warm welcome by their teacher, Mrs. Eileen Dane.
The triplets are the sons and daughter of Niall and Maureen Maguire, and the twins are the daughters of Eamon and Maria O’Reilly.
