Approximately £25,000-worth of items have been stolen from a local business following a burglary this morning, November 12.
The showroom of Cathcart Power Equipment, based at the Killadeas Road, Trory, was broken into, with a wide quantity of items taken by the burglars.
In a statement posted to Facebook, a spokesman for Cathcart Power Equipment said: "We are saddened to announce that last night our showroom at Trory was broken into.
“Thieves made off with a quantity of chainsaws, strimmers, generators, hedge trimmers and blowers.
"We would appeal for any information – that will be treated in strictest confidence – to be passed to us or the PNSI, crime reference number 329-12/11/2031."
A PSNI spokeswoman said: "Police in Enniskillen are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary of a business premises at Killadeas Road this morning, Friday, November 12.
“Police received a report at 8.35am this morning that entry had been gained to the business and a fence had been knocked over on the airport road side of the grounds.
“Approximately £25,000-worth of items have been taken.
“Our investigation is at a very early stage and we are appealing for anyone with information who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area, or who have information or dashcam footage which could assist our investigation, to contact police at 101, quoting reference number 328 12/11/21.”
