Derrygonnelly lifted the New York Cup for a sixth time in seven years as they saw off Enniskillen in the SFC Final at Brewster Park today.
A tight and tense first half saw the Harps go in with a two point advantage, 0-4 to 0-2, but the key score of the game arrived eight minutes into the second half when Conall Jones slotted home a penalty via the inside of the post after referee Barry Monaghan adjudged James Ferguson to have fouled Gary McKenna.
And the Harps controlled matters from this point with Stephen McGullion bagging a second goal as they ran out 2-8 to 0-5 victors.
