THE BAWNACRE Centre at Irvinestown was a hive of activity on Tuesday afternoon when more than 1,000 children created a terrific buzz about the place.
Disco music blared from loudspeakers in the background as youngsters enjoyed numerous fun-filled activities during the gala day for all summer play and recreation schemes in Fermanagh. A fleet of specially hired buses, packed with excited children, made their way to the event.
Much was happening inside the centre while outside, children rolled barrels down the grassy banks.
A bouncy castle proved a popular attraction as did the pillow fights, and a magic show.
Teemore girls, Kiera Owens, Linda Riley and Chrissie Owens (pictured) were bubbling with excitement as they agreed they were all having a terrific time.
