The families of Balcas employees came together to celebrate the Fermanagh-based company's 60th anniversary year at a special Family Fun Day on Sunday, September 4.
The day consisted of bouncy castles, balloon modelling, face-painting and the usual activities associated with a Family Fun Day taking place over at Enniskillen Airport to the more unusual back drop of a Balcas Strong Man/Strong Woman competition. The highlight of the afternoon was the Balcas Express – a mini train that toured the 72 acre Balcas site, presenting the team with the opportunity to show their kids their area of work and hopefully to help illustrate a little of the company's sustainability story.
