A man charged with cultivating cannabis along with other drug offences has been released on bail.

Robert Palfrey (42), with an address of Cossington Road, Birmingham, was also charged with possession of a Class-B drug with intent to supply, possession of a Class-B drug, being concerned in the supply of a Class-B drug, possessing criminal property, encouraging or assisting an offence to be committed, and dishonestly using electricity.

The charges relate to an incident on Ardvarney Road, Edereny on October 20, 2021.

Police did not object to bail as long as Palfrey resides at his address, adheres to curfew, signs at a police station three times a week, owns one mobile phone, and has no contact with a co-accused.

The case was adjourned until October 24 to fix a date for a preliminary enquiry.
