In its programme of entertainment, the Ardhowen has a treat for rock fans with a fantastic concert featuring Wrong Jovi tonight (Thursday, November 10) at 8pm. Wrong Jovi are widely considered to be “the best Bon Jovi tribute band in the world!” Even the former Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora, has personally thanked the band for their hard work and unforgettable performances. Performing a set of greatest hits, live favourites and rarities, the band ensure that there is something for the casual follower and even the most die-hard of Bon Jovi fans.

‘A Night With The Country Stars’ returns for another night of hand clapping, toe-tapping magic with an array of Ireland’s top stars on Friday, November 11 at 8pm. The stellar line-up includes accordion maestro Brendan Shine, Patrick Feeney, Country Queen Kathy Durkin, Shawn Cuddy and Shaun Loughrey. All the performers will be superbly accompanied by the fantastic Keltic Storm.

All seats are sold for A Celebration of Hymns with Lynda Lindsay and Friends on Saturday, November 12 at 7.30pm. Lynda will be supported by very talented singers and musicians, including the William Kerr Memorial Pipe Band, from Lynda’s native Co Tyrone and a reflection on the theme of Remembrance will be given by the Revd. William Jeffrey.

Fermanagh Film Club presents The French Dispatch on Wednesday, November 16 at 8pm. Set in a fictional French city, the writers of The French Dispatch, discuss articles for the next edition. Four stories compete: a travelogue, an article about a criminally insane painter, a tale of love during the student revolt and a suspenseful tale of kidnapping and fine dining. Bursting with slapstick, whimsy and visually arresting, Wes Anderson delivers another delight, featuring a cast of his usual suspects and many new additions. Certificate 15A.

On Friday, November 18 at 8pm, Music In Fermanagh, in association with Moving On Music, presents The Fidelio Trio and Cillian Vallely. Fidelio Trio, described as “Virtuosic” (Sunday Times), perform a suite of newly commissioned music in a unique collaboration featuring uilleann piper Cillian Vallely (of Lúnasa renown). Celebrated Irish composers who have created new music for this project include Linda Buckley, Niall Vallely and Rose Connolly (commissioned by Moving On Music) and Shaun Davey, Neil Martin and Irene Buckley.

Creating Christmas on Canvas is an exciting new initiative calling young artists interested in refining their artistic skills. Four professionally facilitated art tutorials presented by the Creatives School of Art team on Saturday, November 12 and Saturday, November 9, will enable participants to skilfully paint their very own seasonal masterpiece. The works will be exhibited at the Ardhowen Theatre from Monday, December 5 until the Saturday, January 9. Open to young artists seven to 14 years, all materials will be supplied and guidance given from working Artists, Gail Turner and Gergana Nikolova.

Join Cathy McManus for four weeks of morning multi-ability yoga in the tranquil setting of the Ardhowen Dance Studio. This course is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and blanket. The course starts on Tuesday, November 15 at 10am.
