A public information event is to be held this week about a proposed redevelopment of the popular Carrybridge Hotel and Marina.
The proposed redevelopment would see a massive overhaul as a replacement building with 60 bedrooms is proposed.
The lakeside hotel is popular with boaters and many other members of the community in Fermanagh.
In a notice published in last week’s edition of The Impartial Reporter (Thursday, January 5) in the Public Notices section, the proposal on the notice involves a 60-bedroom hotel with associated restaurant, bar, function suite and ancillary accommodation [self-contained accommodation separate from the hotel, such as chalets].
The proposal also indicates that works will be done on access, car parking, replacement jetties and landscaping.
A pre-application public event will take place next Wednesday, January 18 between 3-7pm at the Carrybridge Hotel and Marina for those interested in the proposal.
Further information on the proposal can be sought by contacting Studio Forty Four, Town And Country Planning in Enniskillen.
