A local company has won an innovation award to highlight their contribution to agriculture before exhibiting at last week’s Lamma Show at the NEC in Birmingham.

Quadcrate from Garrison was among some of the local businesses exhibiting at this year’s Lamma Show and in advance of the event, owner, William Allingham received news that they had taken a Silver Medal in the Future Innovation Awards announced by the show organisers, beaten by a robotic sprayer.

William and his brother, Stanley were at Lamma to display their Quadcrate packages for ATVs and also their relatively new Bubblecab concept.

Speaking after the event, William said there was a lot of interest shown to their products at the Show and a significant number of confirmed orders were taken with plenty of additional enquiries expected to be confirm orders shortly.

He said one farmer had travelled from South Wales just to place an order with them. There was also considerable interest from dealers in their products and an article in a French publication highlighted their uses on farms.
