A man and a woman have been returned to the Crown Court on charges relating to the supply of drugs.
Shane Carty (32), with an address of Yoan Road, Enniskillen, is charged with offering to supply a Class-C drug, namely diazepam, on June 27, 2019.
He faces a further charge of being concerned in the supply of diazepam on March 14, 2021.
Kathleen McElroy (37), also of Yoan Road, Enniskillen, is charged with being concerned in the supply of a Class-B drug, namely cannabis, on August 16, 2020.
She faces a further charge of supply of cannabis on March 21, 2021.
Both appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, where a prosecution representative told the court there was a prima facie case for them to answer.
District Judge Alana McSorley was satisfied this was the case after reading the papers.
Neither defendants said anything or gave written evidence in answer to the charges at the hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on May 16.
