Despite Sunday's poor weather, there was a great atmosphere at the pitches beside the Lakeland Forum at the weekend where a special fundraising football match was being played, all in memory of John Dunne.
Footballers of all ages came together as Magee's Bar took on Old Rangers, with the charity match on Sunday, August 25 not just a way to commemorate John, but also to fundraise for two special causes: Chest Heart & Stroke, and Ellie's Retreat.
Following the competitive but good-natured event, many retired to Magee's Spirit Store, where they enjoyed reminiscing about John, and having fun analysing how the match had gone.
