Family, friends and former students are in mourning at the death of popular former teacher, Albert Nixon (89) on September 25.

A former teacher of science at Enniskillen High School, Mr. Nixon's former students were among those who paid tribute to the teacher.

Mr. Nixon has been remembered as an "inspiring" and "dedicated" teacher by former pupils. 

A husband of Isobel, Mr. Nixon, late of Granshagh Road, Enniskillen will be buried at the weekend, a removal to Rossorry Parish Church will take place on Friday evening at 7pm with a funeral service to take place on Saturday, September 28.

Funeral arrangements will be conducted by Mr. Keith Elliott, W.T.Morrison Funeral Directors.
