We find out what the managers have to say ahead of the start of the new season.

TUMMERY ATHLETIC

Manager: Ryan Hanna
New signings: Tommy Mullan, Mickey Logue and Gary Henderson
Key players: Ciaran Beacom, Aidy McCaffrey, Ruairi Sludden and Malachy McLaughlin
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “We want to try and win everything that there is available to win. Last year is gone now but we know we can mix it with the best teams in the league and will attack it as best we can.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “I think it will be very open this year, but you would have to say, Rangers have the pedigree, and both Town and Kesh have strengthened well. You might also get an underdog coming out of the back to challenge.”

ENNISKILLEN RANGERS

Manager: Michael Kerr
New signings: Josh Brownlee
Key players: Richard Johnston, Nathan Khan, Stuart Rainey and Jason Keenan
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “Our hopes are the same as they are every year, and that is we want to win everything that we enter, and we want to win silverware. I think though that the league this year is going to be the most competitive in a long time, but we are looking forward to it.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “I think that every team is capable of taking points from any other team, but you would have to say that Tummery are going to be up there. You would think that Town will look to push on, and I think that Kesh could also challenge.”

ENNISKILLEN TOWN

Manager: Rory Judge (RJ)/James McKenna
New signings: Shane McCabe, Kane Connor, Conor Watson and Chris Lyons
Key players: Ben Brown, Gary Doherty, Conall Quinn and Cathal Beacom
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “In the long-term, the hopes would be that we can win some silverware this season, but week to week we want to be competitive and win as many games as we can. I think each year we have been getting incrementally better, and we would feel that we have built a really good squad.” – RJ
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “Tummery will be there or thereabouts, and they will probably want to prove beyond any doubt that they are the best team in the league. Rangers have the right set-up and mentality of players, so they will be up there, and Kesh have added some good players, so I could see them involved.” – RJ

NFC KESH

Manager: Scott Robinson
New signings: Stefan McCusker, Nathan Cashel, Niall McMenamin, Justin Palmer, Ethan Thompson and Corrie Lee Bogan
Key players: Stefan McCusker, Nathan Cashel, Nigel Beacom and Mark Jones
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “I suppose the first hope is that we can finish the season. After that it would be competitive in all competitions and hopefully win some silverware. We want to keep improving and pushing on.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “Tummery, you would expect, will be right up there again. Rangers won’t be far away, as usual, and Town should challenge too.”

ENNISKILLEN ATHLETIC

Manager: Anthony Fitzpatrick
New signings: Sean Cassidy, William Simpson, Connor Rippey, Mark Little, Daniel McIntyre and Callum Frempong
Key players: Conor Love, Timmy Boyd, Callum Frempong and Bryan Owens
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “Our aim is a simple one, and that is, first and foremost, to retain our place in Division One. When we get everybody out, I think we will be competitive.”

MOUNTFIELD

Manager: Paul McFadden

STRATHROY HARPS

Manager: Kevin Sloan
New signings: Finn Grimes and Rian McKelvey
Key players: “All my players will be key players this year.”
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “Our hopes are to finish as high up the league table as possible and hopefully get a good run at cups.”

Key players: Jerome Carleton, Gary Maguire, Stephen Sheridan and Duwayne Carleton
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “We want to try and build on last season and we are hoping that, with the gaelic season not as impactful this year, that we can do that. We will just take each game as it comes and take it from there.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “I think it will be a lot more open this season. Tummery and Rangers, you would obviously feel, will be up there, while Kesh and Town could come into it and you could also see a surprise package.”

We have brought in two strikers, in Andy Little coming from Lisnaskea Rovers, and Amosi Luucha from Monaghan Town FC. We are also still hoping to bring in a central midfielder.”
Key players: Joe Williamson, David Elliott and Paul Elliot
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “I feel we can compete at the top end of the table.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “Obviously, the main contenders will be Enniskillen Rangers, Tummery Athletic and Enniskillen Town, but we will be hoping to surprise a few this year.”

LISBELLAW UNITED

Manager: Kyle McCleery
New signings: Ricki Carroll, Davy Little, Niall McCusker and Jamie Stewart, Macauley Monaghan
Key players: Robbie Little, Ricki Carroll, Sam Lindsay and Paul McGrath
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “I would like to think that we will finish in the top half of the table. The last couple of years, we have been looking over our shoulder at the relegation battle, and it would be nice not to have to do that. I would also hope for a cup run as well, as I feel that, on our day, we are capable of beating anyone.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “I would have to say that I fancy Rangers for it, but you would also have to look at Tummery and Enniskillen Town, while Kesh could be an outside bet.”

DERGVIEW RESERVES

Manager: Colin Robinson
New signings: Shea Devlin from Ballinamallard; Ryan Brolly, a goalkeeper from Dunbreen Rovers; and Gregory Dickson, from Mountjoy
Key players: Dylan Aiken and Warner Ballantyne
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “I’d be hoping to get into the top six. We have a young squad and the last couple of years we have just survived relegation, but in a strong league, breaking ino the top six would be good.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “You can’t look past Tummery and Enniskillen Rangers. I do think Nathan Cashel will be a big help to Kesh, and I wouldn’t rule them out either.”

KILLEN RANGERS

Manager: Jason Strong
New signings: “Kyle Deery and Gerard Duddy have returned to the club, bolstering the squad.”
Key players: “Our squad will be key for us rather than individuals.”
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “We are hoping to push up the league, make ourselves hard to beat and have a good cup run.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “I think Tummery and Enniskillen Rangers will be up there.”

OMAGH HOSPITALS

Manager: Brendan Morrison
New signings: “As a squad we have kept all our key players. We will give youth a chance at the right time, with Caolan Gallagher and Steven Coyle – two exciting young players coming through the ranks this season. Apart from that, we aren’t expecting any new faces in our ranks.”
Key players: Tiernan McNamee, Matty Browne, Johnny Browne and Caolan O’Donnell
As manager, what are your hopes for the season? “As a club we feel we have taken the learning from last season and set up with our eyes open to deliver a more competitive season.”
And who do you think will be the main title contenders? “Clearly, Tummery and Rangers will be the teams to measure up against, but I think Harps under Kevy Sloan won’t be too far off the pace.”
