Fermanagh girl Casey Howe stole the show for Linfield Ladies as she bagged five goals in the 7-0 win over Derry City at the Brandywell on Wednesday night.

Howe opened the scoring for the Blues in the 32nd minute, firing to the corner of the net to leave it 1-0 at the break.

The teenager then doubled Linfield's lead in the 52nd minute as she curled a shot into the far corner before completing her hat-trick two minutes later with a great effort to the top corner.

Ebony Leckey got on the scoresheet to make it 4-0 while the night got even better for Howe as she grabbed her fourth, and Linfield's fifth, in the 70th minute before she then added her fifth of the night with another fine strike from outside the box.

And the Blues final goal arrived ten minutes later from Rebecca McKenna as they finished up comprehensive 7-0 victors.
