Enniskillen Royal Boat Club (ERBC) enjoyed another successful outing at the weekend as they returned home with 13 wins from Athlone Regatta.

After their success at National Schools’ Regatta last month there was a great win for MJ14 8X+ - Eoghan Campbell, Christian Timoney, Andrew Cuthbertson, Luke Bailey, Lorcan Sreenivasan, Ryan Topping, Austin Cassidy, Evan Donaghy and cox Harry Coalter

Cillian Donaghy is following in his older brother Odhran’s footsteps as he claimed the win in the MJ13 1X . Odhran was a former ERBC rower and is currently in the very successful rowing programme at Oxford Brookes University.

There was also victory for the MJ16 8+ crew of Justin Smith, Hugo McChesney, Owen Kelly, Rory Keogh, Jacob Halliday, Oliver Khew, Matthew Shaw, Joshua Coalter and cox Katelyn Feeover rivals St Joseph’s.

The WJ13 4X+ of Abbey Johnston , Grace Collins, Abbie Magwood McCarthy, Natalie Turner and Cox Abbey Wilson were also among the winners while there was also success for ERBC in the WJ15 8X+, MJ14 4X+ and the MJ15 4X+.

Both Lorcan Sreenivasan and Ryan Topping took wins in the MJ14 1X and in the MJ12 2X, Lorcan with Evan Donaghy and Ryan along with Christian Timoney.

The wins continued with the MJ13 4X+ of Joshua Ihnat, Jacob Woods, Dara McMurray Taylor, Oliver McNeary and Cox Cameron Bell taking first place while the MJ15 8X+ consisting of William Bogle, Evan Donaghy, George Kernaghan, Luke Bailey, Andrew Cuthbertson, Austin Cassidy, Joe Murphy, Daniel Montgomery and Cox Eva Johnston did likewise on another great day for the Club.
