Mc GRATH Ann 9 Rathmore Terrace, Belleek 20th July 2018 The family of the late Ann McGrath wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement. We would like to thank the Consultants, Doctors and Nurses of Rathmore Clinic, Belleek, South West Acute Hospital, Belfast City Hospital and the N.I Hospice Palliative Care Team. We would also like to thank the Nurses, Carers and all the Staff in The Tilery Nursing Home whose care and attention was deeply appreciated. Thank you to all Ann's relatives and friends who visited during her time in hospital as well as in the Tilery Nursing Home. We would also like to thank Fr. Raymond Donnelly, Fr. John Skinnader and Fr. Seamus Quinn for visiting Ann during her time in the Tilery Nursing Home. A very special word of thanks to our kind relatives, neighbours and friends, especially Fiona, Aimee and Katie for all their help during the wake. Thanks to everyone that called to the Funeral House, telephoned, sent letters, Mass and sympathy cards. We would also like to thank those who brought refreshments, gave donations in lieu of flowers and attended the Funeral Mass. Thank you to Joey and Gabriel who took care of the parking arrangements during the wake and on the morning of the Funeral. Thank you to Father Tiernach Beggan for celebrating the Funeral Mass. A special thank you also to Louise, Anne and Colm for the lovely music. We would also like to thank Peter and Bernard Carty for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the Funeral arrangements, and thanks to those who prepared Ann's final resting place. Thank you to Dawn, Caroline and all the Staff in Lough Melvin Holiday Centre for providing refreshments after the Funeral Mass. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a heartfelt token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Ann's Months Memory Mass will be held in St. Josephs Church, Cashel on Sunday 2nd of September at 10am.
