CONALL MC ALEER

Mc ALEER Conall The family of the late Conall Matthew Mc Aleer wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent, tragic bereavement. We would like to thank the ambulance personnel, Gardai, the members of the fire service and the priest who attended the scene of the accident. We would also like to acknowledge the ongoing kindness and support provided by the PSNI and the Gardai Liaison officers which is much appreciated. A special word of thanks to the staff of Sligo University Hospital for their warmth and compassionate care. We appreciate the respectful tributes that were made by Davy Montgomery and Fr McManus about our dear, beloved Conall. Deepest gratitude is extended to family, friends, neighbours and the local community for their overwhelming support, messages of sympathy, food, cards, flowers and donations to Macmillan Cancer Support. A very special word of thanks to Claire, Barry, Helen and Gerard Carrigan to whom we are forever grateful. A special word of thanks also to the Cadden family and staff of Lusty Beg for their exceptional support and generosity throughout the wake and to Mahon's Hotel for their catering following the funeral. Thank-you to the RNLI who directed traffic at the wake and the PSNI for their service on the morning of the funeral. We are very grateful to those who provided guards of honour from St Joseph's Primary School, St Fanchea's College, Mount Lourdes Grammar School and Ederney St. Joseph's GAA. Thank you to Canon Mullen (great uncle) and Fr McManus for celebrating the funeral mass assisted by Fr Thomas McHugh (cousin) and Canon McQuaid and to James McShane for the comforting music during the service. Finally, a special word of thanks to Claude Mc Kervey Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and for their support throughout and thanks to those who prepared Conall's final resting place. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a heartfelt token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. Conall's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph's Church, Ederney on Sunday 16th September at 11.00am.
