TAYLOR Joseph Herbert August 22nd, 2018 Joe's wife Olivia, sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren, wish to express their deepest gratitude to all who have sympathised with us during this sad and difficult time. Thank you to all who have called to our home, sent us cards, brought gifts to the house and attended Joe's Funeral. A special word of thanks to Father Jimmy McPhillips and Father John Skinnader for their pastoral care, The Sisters of Mercy (especially Sister Rose) for their numerous visits to Joe in Drumclay Care Home. Also Olive Dooris and Tracy O'Donnell for their invaluable help at the wake and to niece Celia Burns for organising the Mass. To Father Raymond Donnelly for conducting the beautiful Funeral Mass, and to Jackie Bannon for the beautiful singing. Thanks also to Mary and the members of the Royal British Legion who called to see him. A special thank you to Joan Armstrong, her Nursing Team and the wonderful Carers at Drumclay Care Home for the excellent care and attention given to Joe over the last three years and to Drs. Toal and Maguire at Lakeside Medical Practice. Special thanks also to Helen Davis, Esther Scott and Maisie Fleming for their support over the last three years. Thanks also to John McKeegan and Brendan Hynes for their compassionate, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, as well as the Gravediggers at Breandrum Cemetery. Joe's Month's Mind Mass is on Monday, the 8th of October at 6pm in the Convent. As it would be impossible to thank everybody personally, we hope this will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
