ALLEN Cecil Douglas (Dougie) The family of the late Cecil Douglas (Dougie) Allen, of 38 Slievebane, Irvinestown would like to offer our sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us in our recent sad loss. Our heartfelt thanks to all who called at the family home, attended the Funeral, sent sympathy cards, phoned and gave donations in lieu of flowers to Heart, Chest and Stroke. A special thanks also to kind friends and neighbours who brought food and refreshments and helped, in particular to Jacqueline Keys and daughters, Gary Anderson and Sandra. Thank you to the Ardess Mothers Union for providing refreshments in Ardess Church Hall. Thank you to all the Doctors and Nursing Staff at Irvinestown Health Centre for all their professional care given in recent years and to the Staff of A & E and Ward 2 at SWAH Enniskillen, who looked after Dougie during his illness, in particular a special thank you the Palliative Care Team. We wish to convey our sincere thanks to Rev Paul Thompson, Irvinestown and Mrs Eileen Cutler for conducting a very meaningful and touching Funeral Service, and also to Rev Phillip Bryson who offered comfort and support at the service in the family home, and for all their supportive presence and prayers during hospital visits. Thanks to the organist Florence Barrett and the Grave Attendants. A special word of thanks to Austen Stinson (W.T. Morrison) for their professional and dignified manner in which he carried out the Funeral arrangements. We trust this acknowledge will be accepted by all as a token of our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude.
