JOHNSTON Elizabeth The family of the late Elizabeth Johnston, Kilcootry, Fintona wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation and many expressions of kindness and support shown to us during our recent sad bereavement. To those who sent sympathy cards and letters, we extend our heartfelt thanks. A special thank you to Doctors and Staff at Palliative Care Unit, Omagh, Fintona Medical Centre and Hospice Nurse, to Rev J. Cowan and Rev C. Deering for their pastoral care and support throughout Elizabeth's illness and for a most uplifting Funeral Service. Sincere thanks to J H Anderson & Sons for the dignified and attentive manner in which the Funeral arrangements were carried out. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
