IRVINE Jim The family of the late Jim Irvine wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. To all those who called, brought gifts, sent cards, telephoned, messaged, gave donations in lieu of flowers or stood out to pay their respects on the day of the funeral. Thanks also to Dr Scott for his care and attention to Jim over many years and more recently, the District Nursing Team. Our thanks to Rev Janet Rossell for her faithful visits to Jim and for conducting the funeral service in his home. An enormous thank you to Clabby Pipe band who played in the village of Clabby as a tribute to Jim. A special word of thanks to piping soloists Charlie McClintock who accompanied the cortege in the village and Neil Stronge who piped Jim to his final resting place in St. John's. Thank you also to the members of Clabby Orange Lodges 2024 and 387 who organised and facilitated the tribute in Clabby. A special word of thanks to Austin from Morrison's Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which he carried out his duties. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.
