VIOLET ARMSTRONG
ARMSTRONG Violet Elsie (nee Graham) Milltate, Lisbellaw We the family of the late Violet Armstrong wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all those who have supported us in our recent sad bereavement. Thank you to Dr Jentsch of Erne Health Centre, for tending to Violet during her illness, and to the staff of Lisbellaw Medical Hall for all their help also. A special word of thanks to Dr. John Eccles from the Kingsbridge/Ulster Hospital and his team who took Violet under their care, we are eternally grateful for your support and care during the last few months. Also to Janet and the palliative care nurses; to the Marie Curie team; and to the District Nursing Team especially Shirley; we are so grateful that you all enabled us to care for Violet in her home as per her wishes, and for all of your care, thoughtfulness and support. To Keith Elliott and his colleagues at WT Morrison for carrying out the funeral arrangements with dignity and professionalism. Special thanks to Derryvullen South Church and in particular Kathleen and Nicholas; to the grave diggers and the organist Rosemary; and sincere thanks to Dean Raymond Ferguson for his pastoral care to Violet and the family, and for carrying out the funeral service so beautifully. To everyone who lined the route and attended the service, we are so grateful of your support on that difficult day. To Norman Coulter and the Horseshoe for looking after us on the evening of the funeral. To our friends and family who visited Violet during her short illness, and who have called and telephoned us since her passing; and to everyone who sent sympathy cards and messages to us and on social media, it has given us strength to know we are in the thoughts and prayers of so many. To all who made donations to Marie Curie in lieu of flowers, thank you, and we know that your donations are much appreciated by those who will avail of their support. As it is impossible to mention everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledges the support we have so genuinely and so sincerely been thankful for during this time. John; Rachel, Ethan, Darcey, Sophia and Arthur; Jonathan, Tamsin, Dori and James; Elizabeth and family; William, Maud and family.
