CARSON Robert Samuel, passed away 30th April, 2023. The family of the late Robert Carson, Sessiagh Road, Innishmore, Lisbellaw, would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of Robert's friends, neighbours and the wider family circle who supported Robert during his illness by calling with him, sending messages, writing to him or telephoning him; he greatly appreciated your support. We acknowledge with special thanks, Robert's Consultant Oncologist at the Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital and the Sciensus Nurses, whose company Robert thoroughly enjoyed during his treatments and whose compassion, kindness and care meant so much to him. We are deeply humbled by the many people who sympathised with us, took time to attend his funeral, lined the funeral route, sent cards and letters, donated in lieu of flowers and called at his home. Your kindness and thoughtfulness are very much appreciated. Thank you also to Swell for the provision of Reflexology and to family friend Paula for providing Reiki both of which gave Robert much comfort during his illness. We extend our heartfelt gratitude and admiration to all the Doctors, Nurses, Practitioners and Carers who supported us in fulfilling Roberts wish to be cared for at home. A special word of thanks to Reverend Farrell for her support, guidance, compassion and kindness to both Robert and the family throughout this difficult time, and for the comfort she provided to us all during the Funeral Service and Committal which reflected Robert's life so perfectly. Thank you also to the Organist, Churchwardens and Parishioners of Derrybrusk Parish Church, who helped in so many ways before and on the day of Robert's funeral. Thank you to the Gravedigger who prepared Robert's final resting place. Thank you to Sharon Finlay and her Team who made and served the delicious refreshments and to Belleisle Orange Lodge for the use of their hall to provide those refreshments after the Service. Special thanks to W. T. Morrison Funeral Directors for the sensitive, dignified and professional manner in which they organised and conducted the funeral arrangements. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by everyone as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
