COSGROVE Mary 9th February 2024 Frank and the extended family of the late Mary Cosgrove, wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation, the many expressions of sympathy and support shown to us during our recent, sad bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks to all those who called at our home, sent mass cards, letters, messages of sympathy, brought gifts and to all those who attended the funeral and burial. A special word of thanks to Mary's close friends and neighbours for all the love and support shown to us at this difficult time, especially Chris Dolan and family. Our sincere thanks to Fr Niall Martin for celebrating a beautiful Requiem Mass in St Patricks Church, Holywell, concelebrated by Fr Seamus Quinn PP and Fr Brian D'Arcy. Also, for their hospital visits and spiritual guidance to Mary. Special thanks to Monsieur O'Reilly and Fr Jimmy McPhilips for their prayers. Our thanks is extended to all those who participated in the Funeral Mass; the readers, offertory procession, eucharistic ministers, the choir for providing such lovely music and singing. To the carpark stewards, members of the local Beal Cu O'Raghallaighs and PSNI, who assisted with directing traffic in the village and chapel. Grateful appreciation to the medical staff in the SWAH who cared for Mary with such kindness and compassion. Those in the A&E department and especially those in Ward 1, who at all times went beyond the call of duty in their care for Mary and family. Sincere thanks to Pascal Conway for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger for preparing Mary's final resting place. Thanks to Mullaghdun Community Association for the use of the community hall after the burial and to the Bilberry, Garrison for the exceptional refreshments. As it would be impossible to thank all those whose kindness has brought such comfort to us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere thanks. The Holy Mass will be celebrated for all your intentions. Mary's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 9th March 2024 at 7pm in St Patrick's Church, Holywell, Belcoo.
