CAOIMHE KELLY
KELLY Caoimhe Louise Philomena (Pettigo) 13/12/2010 14/02/2024 Our Beloved Caoimhe passed away peacefully at home in the loving arms of her heartbroken parents Sharon and Kevin with her adored brother Luke by her side holding her hand. We, Kevin, Sharon and Luke wish to acknowledge and express our heartfelt thank you and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us at our very sad loss of our precious Caoimhe. Thanks also to those who attended Caoimhes wake and funeral, those who sent cards, flowers, letters, poems and to those who shared their precious memories of Caoimhe with us and for the lovely words of comfort. Our thanks to all our families, neighbours and friends who helped and supported us in so many different ways prior to and after the funeral. From helping out in our home at the wake, helping with the traffic and buses and to those who brought food we will be forever grateful. Our sincere gratitude to Fr La Flynn for his support and prayers during Caoimhes final few days and for the lovely funeral Mass. Also a huge thank you to the choir, musicians and solo singers for such beautiful music and singing throughout the Mass and at Caoimhes graveside. Music was such a major part of Caoimhes beautiful life. Thank you to our Pettigo GAA Club and to our neighbouring club Naomh Brid for the guard of Honour. A special thank you also to our friend Fr Owen McEneany who visited Caoimhe and for the special prayers and words of comfort during her final few days and indeed the love and kindness shown to Caoimhe and us as family during his term as Parish Priest in Pettigo. A very special word of thanks to all those who played a significant part in Caoimhes short life in so many ways to enable her journey to be so full of love, joy and happiness. Our warmest thank you to our Home Support Nurses, Caoimhes MDT Team, Sligo Paediatric Unit, Temple Street Hospital and Willowbridge School & Transport and the various charities that Caoimhe benefitted from in various ways. Caoimhe was truly a loving, happy and very special blessed little girl and we take huge comfort that everyone who had the privilege of knowing and spending time with Caoimhe were blessed in return. Thank you to Darren and Laurena from John McGee & Sons Funeral Directors for your respectful, kind and compassionate service provided throughout Caoimhes wake and funeral. Your dignified attention to detail, patience and support was amazing. As it would be impossible to thank all those concerned individually please accept our acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. Caoimhes Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 17th March 2024 in St Joseph's Church, Lettercran at 9.30am. "Angels danced the day you were born Princess Caoimhe, Now Safe in the arms of Jesus". xxx
