A 19-year-old man accused of raping a young girl has appeared before a Preliminary Enquiry at Fermanagh Court.
Kevin Williamson, of Windmill Heights, Enniskillen, is charged with raping the girl, touching her in a sexual way when she didn't consent to it, and engaging in sexual activity with her when she was under 16.
All three offences were allegedly committed on May 20, 2011.
The girl cannot be named for legal reasons.
Williamson is further charged with indirectly contacting the girl through a third party on September 26, 2011, with the intention of intimidating her, knowing or believing she was assisting in a police investigation, with a view to obstructing, perverting or interfering with that investigation or the course of justice.
He also faces a fifth charge of assaulting a designated officer in the execution of his duty on December 2, 2011.
District Judge Liam McNally told the teenager he had read the documents in the case and held that there was evidence that he should be returned for trial on the five charges.
Williamson was returned for trial at Enniskillen Crown Court on October 16.
