TEN patients had to be removed to safety when a fire broke out in a bedroom of the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital today (Thursday) in the early hours of the morning.
According to the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) the fire involved a wardrobe.
Initial attending crews requested an extra pumping appliance to attend and used a firefighting jet and a covering jet to deal with the blaze at the hospital on the Donaghanie Road in Omagh.
