Sean Quinn will not receive a pay off after his contract at his former company in Derrylin was terminated last week.
The discharged bankrupt businessman lost his lucrative €500,000 a year role with Quinn Industrial Holdings Limited following a bitter feud with its management team.
The dispute which began almost immediately after the takeover of the manufacturing business in December 2014 accumulated in Mr. Quinn leaving the company he created for a second time.
A well informed source has said that if the negative activity, including the ongoing campaign of intimidation, against the management now stops "there may be a possibility for some of the family, not Sean senior or Sean junior to work with the company in the future."
Mr. Quinn has repeatedly condemned the very many incidents that have blighted the company over the last year.
