A 63-YEAR-OLD man accused of historic sex offences is due to stand trial in the Crown Court next year.
Mervyn Duncan, of Clareview, Crevenish Road, Kesh, is charged with three counts of indecently assaulting a female on dates unknown between May 1, 1979 and September 30, 1979.
The alleged offences all involve the same woman, who cannot be named to protect her identity.
Appearing before Dungannon Crown Court on Tuesday, November 29 for his arraignment, Mr Duncan entered not guilty pleas to all the charges.
His Honour Judge Stephen Fowler QC set a date for his trial in March 2017 in Dungannon.
