AS Northern Ireland looks set for a snap Assembly election, Sinn Féin is to hold an election selection convention on Sunday.
The party contacted its members this evening to inform them that it intends to "select our candidates for the pending Assembly Election."
The message to Sinn Féin members concluded: "In accordance with the current Sinn Féin election convention rules and guidelines, a convention has been scheduled for Sunday January 15."
