A person was airlifted from Cuilcagh Mountain at the weekend following "an incident", the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service has said.
A NIAS spokeswoman said the service received a 999 call at 2.21pm on Sunday.
It despatched two emergency crews to Enniskillen Airport to rendezvous with Irish Coastguard Rescue118.
One patient was transferred to South West Acute Hospital.
