The PSNI in Fermanagh have revealed that a property in Newtownbutler has been daubed with pro IRA.
In a post, where they posted a collage of pictures, on their Facebook page they said:
"This is damage caused to a property in Newtownbutler. It is close to the home of an elderly resident that has lived in the village all his life.
The person grows tomatoes in his greenhouse but due to this damage; the yield won't be so good this year."
The police also indicated that the vandals may have been school children from the area when they continued their post.
"Local school children have been seen in the area. Parents, please speak to your children. This is your village and your community you are wrecking. Don't end up with a criminal record before you leave school."
